Flame Cutting
Metals Depot® Oxy-Fueled Flame Cutting is an economical service that offers a good edge quality on 1/4" to 12" thick steel plates. We can cut nearly any shape or size desired squares, rectangles, circles, rings, etc. Depending on the thickness of the steel plate, some distortion may occur.
Flame Cutting Tolerance = +/- 1/8" to +/-1/4"
Plasma Cutting
Metals Depot® High Def Plasma Cutting is an economical service providing a high quality edge from 18ga to 1/2" thick in steel, aluminum, and stainless. We can cut virtually any shape or size desired squares, rectangles, circles, rings, etc., to close detail, with minimal heat markings or part distortion

Laser Cutting
Metals Depot® Laser Cutting offers near finished parts with an excellent edge quality from 24ga to 1/2 thick in steel, aluminum, and stainless. We can cut virtually any shape or size desired to extremely close detail, with very minimal heat markings or part distortion.
Laser Cutting Tolerances = +/- 1/32"
Water Jet Cutting
Metals Depot® Water Jet Cutting produces near finished parts with a superior edge quality from 24ga to 1" thick in steel, aluminum, stainless and brass. We can cut virtually any shape or size desired to extremely close detail, with no heat markings or part distortion.
Water Jet Cutting Tolerances = +/- .005"
Plate Saw Cutting
Metals Depot® Plate Saw Cutting produces near finished parts with an excellent square edged quality from 1/4" to 12" thick in aluminum plate. Regardless of the quantity, from one plate to hundreds, we can save you money on machining and fabrication.
